Cekkkk Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 Hey guys, my M65 rgb got some issues, now every time i quit the app CUE / CUE 2 (i tried both versions) the colour revert to the default setup (red / white). I tried also to keep the custom lighting settings saved in the device, but no difference. Once I quit the app, color reset itself to default. May you help me? Somehow it goes back to red static lighting when I quit the app. It didn't happen this until last month when I updated the firmware. I opened 2 tickets already, no reply by technicians so far. Toasted Posted February 8, 2017 Share Posted February 8, 2017 If you exit CUE, The lighting effects on the mouse will return to the static profile saved to the mouse. I want my lights to be same also when I quit cue or also when I am not in Windows... I didn't ask for this change, to me that was not a bug. So please let me get the old firmware and keep my customization.
