kir13y Posted January 24, 2017 Share Posted January 24, 2017 My K95 (not plat) is showing up as Unknown device and Unknown device (port reset failed) in device manager. It sometimes disconnects in games and also takes 10 seconds to start working on the windows login page. I have plugged it into the usb 3.0 passthrough in my asus monitor. There was a person on this thread: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=759383 who seemed to have the same problem. red-ray Posted January 24, 2017 Share Posted January 24, 2017 I suspect the Unknown may need a driver installed, Right/Click and see what properties reports. Looking at the [Details] tab what are the Hardware Ids? Uninstall the Port Reset failed device, power down the system and unplug it for 2 minutes. What happens when you then power the system up?
