New cases in 2017? maybe updated parts?

Would be nice for the 780T to have a updated 5.25 bay WITHOUT the middle metal piece that justs out separating the 2 distinct bays, and have full hole patern on the back side the same as the front. (These 2 items for mounting bay res, specifically Monsoon) Just ran into this on my build.

Would be amazing to see a revival of the obsidian series with another 750D with some QoL changes.

1. Optional 5.25" bay.

2. Full front panel replacement so you can have a triple 140 fan setup in the front along side of the appropriate mounting for a triple 140 setup of course.

3. PSU Shroud

4. A nice Glass side panel to show off the works.

those 4 changes would guarantee a purchase from me, I adore the 750D.

yes all the above, removing the 5.25 bay cage was a pain, really who uses 3 5.25 anymore.

would also like to see a enclose hotswap type HDD cage for the bottom, its a real pain to connect drives with a full tray cover installed and the current cage is just ugly.

That case could have front-bottom mounted PSU instead of back-bottom one which could increase maximum size of GPU.

That would be great, but at that point it'd be too long. There are other cases out there that do this haha. Also, front-bottom mounted PSUs make it difficult to cable manage.

Going to necro this thread because man, modding my 750D to make it more contemporary really makes me just want a contemporary 750D. Keep the major design elements, drop the 5.25" bays, add a 3.1 gen 2 front connector and tempered glass instead of the plastic... woo boy. If you can figure out a way to get better airflow with the standard front panel on there too, I'd buy enough to warrant production just so I could have one for myself.
