lelusukm8
Everything sounds great when using the Dolby Surround feature. However, people's voices in games and videos have an echo-ey sound to them. How can I fix this? I am currently running the latest version of CUE2 and the VOID's Firmware is running its latest version also.
Toasted
I don't think you really can fix it as Dolby Surround takes the audio and changes it to virtual 7.1 surround. You can put in a support ticket and see whether Corsair have any ideas. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
Bodom_
It's part of the Dolby Surround Sound -- I've always disable this on any headset I've ever purchased. It doesn't work as great as they think it does, and the directional sound while in stereo mode is sufficient enough for competitive games of CSGO, so you should be good to go in any other game :D I really wish someone could get 7.1 surround sound headsets right... But even the Razer Tiamat 7.1 had the same issue -- everything just sounded kinda echo-y in 7.1 mode.
