mattz
Hey everyone, Picked up a Sabre RGB mouse a week ago which I love. Although I'm having one issue which is quite an annoyance. I have my desktop to frequently lock when I'm away and unlock when I return (Windows Hello). The issue is that it takes about 5 seconds after unlocking for my mouse settings to kick in. The cursor will stutter and be almost inoperable until the CUE software (which I assume) loads back up. I can tell because the RGB colors on the mouse will reset and then resume and then the mouse works fine. In the CUE settings I made sure to save the settings to the device but that doesn't fix the issue. Anyone have any ideas?
mattz
I closed and disabled CUE and the problem went away. I would keep it like that except I set the DPI buttons to act as "scroll to top" buttons and that no longer works without the CUE software running
Toasted
This is normal. Unfortunately, there is no fix.
mattz
This is normal. Unfortunately, there is no fix. That's unfortunate. Is Corsair aware of the problem?
Toasted
It occurs as CUE is communicating with the mice. I don't think there would be a fix for it as it last for a few seconds.
