Saltboy
I have discovered that my CMX512-3200C2 (XMS3202v1.1) that I purchased a year and a half ago has gone bad in some way. I have an XP2800+ and have tried the stick in both an EPOX 8RDA3+ and an ASUS A7N8X-X motherboard. With both motherboards, when I tried starting the system, a memory error posted and an annoying alarm sounded from the PC speaker. I just purchased a generic PC3200 512MB stick from COMPUSA and tried that out. It worked on both motherboards; my computer posted and worked just fine. Please write back if you need more information. Otherwise, I request an RMA. Thanks!
