k70 rgb rapidfire LED issue on K70 Rapidfire

Hello guys.

 

Since yesterday im presenting some troubles with my K70 RGB Rapidfire. Exactly in the TAB key... the RGB LED gets stuck in a lightblue tone, the LED works and change color normally but it don´t show correctly the white color, i remove the key cap and saw a bluish tone, not pure white like the other keys. I tried everything, plug in another pc, plug in different USB port, nothing.. it seems a hardware issue or a firmware maybe?... its only in one key so far but im afraid that it will be like a virus and spread to all keyboard. I´ll appreciate any help! Thanks.

 

PS: The problem is still present even in demo mode with my PC turned off

 

PS2: It´s possible to do a hard reset on the keyboard or something like that?
