Can I RMA to my address if the product was originally invoiced to a different address

I am buying a Corsair product from a friend and he is going to give me his Invoice for the product he bought from the online retailer.

 

I was wondering since the product's shipping/billing on the invoice was addressed to my friend's address. In case in the future the product happens to fail. Would I be able to RMA the product from my address with my name for the RMA even though the original product invoice was shipped/billed to my friend's address?

 

I was not able to find this answer anywhere.

You would not have a warranty on the product.
