Treleth Posted December 22, 2016 Share Posted December 22, 2016 I just got the same pad, and I only noticed the rubber smell the first day. YMMV, but the smell should go away on its own now that it's out of the box. If you find the smell especially bothersome, you can definitely try Inheritance's suggestion.
