CUE install problem

Hey I recently bought a Corsair Scimitar gaming mouse to replace my dying Naga.

No problem with the mouse after plugging in however to bind the buttons located on the side I need CUE so I want and dowloaded it and tried to install it.

This is the issue I get everytime I try:

Is CUE not compatible with Windows 7 or something?

Heres the log I get:

Any help would be greatly appreciated because as of right now this mouse is basically useless to me.
