Dicehunter
So I've been trying to find a K70 RGB LUX with Blue switches and it seems they are very rare. Has Corsair stopped making keyboards with blue switches ?
terabyte
They only make very limited runs from time to time, to be notified when there is one subscribe to their newsletter. RGB blue switches are harder to produce and require more QA, Cherry just can't keep up with the supply (that the opinion around at least, we have no official answer). Dicehunter
That's a shame. My K95 RGB has developed a few faulty LED's that are unable to turn red or white anymore and in my own experience this is just the start of problems to come. Would have been nice to be able to stick with Corsair instead of going with another brand that actually does Cherry MX Blues :(:
KhalesiStacy
Quick question, why is there RGB blues for Strafe but not for the k70s?
Inheritance
Quick question, why is there RGB blues for Strafe but not for the k70s? they arent the clear variant. The regular Cherry MX Blues are not the problem its only the clear version.
KhalesiStacy
Got it, thanks for the information. I guess I just gonna have to wait :(
RoundDuckMan
Got it, thanks for the information. I guess I just gonna have to wait :( Probably relates to construction. The piece that makes the clicky noise probably interferes with the LEDs.
