thexthform
Just as the title suggests, I just upgraded from an i5 processor to the i7 4790k, nothing else was changed, and suddenly isn't being detected in neither system management nor CUE. ANY ideas??

thexthform
Update: Keyboard is letting me type but there are no backlights present. There are three white flashing lights at the top of the keyboard where the caps lock, num lock etc indicators are. When I attempt to update the firmware through CUE it suddenly tells me theres no keyboard connected, the update fails and disconnects the keyboard all together. Toasted
Put in a support ticket and ask for instructions for a hard reset. This should resolve your issue. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
thexthform
Update: Fixed. First guy at customer support didnt help too much. Second guy had a simple fix. Hold esc key and plug it back in to unlock the firmware. Alls well that ends well.
