Corsair Employees Corsair Henry Posted December 6, 2016 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 6, 2016 Hello, Since your post did not indicate which Software and firmware version you are running, please make sure that you have it all up to date. Does is happen every single time? Do you have another computer where you can try this keyboard? Can you also create a new profile to see if you have any macros set on accident that may be causing this? I suggest calling into our tech support for live assistance. RatedRay
Contact Corsair Support on https://corsair.secure.force.com . They couldn't find what was the problem with my keyboard, and decided to do a keyboard trade (I'm sending them back my keyboard, and they're sending to me a new one).
