blaznee
So the keyboard is detected in Cue - but I can't change anything on it and I can't activate the lighting.. Like if I change it to disable the Windows key, it doesn't take any effect.. If I shut down Cue the lights all light up nicely!?!?.. Cue works flawlessly with my M65 mouse and Void headset.. blaznee
I updated my chipset drivers (I think - Intel is weird nowadays) I updated my Bios.. I tried every single combination of unplugging and replugging the keyboard.. I forced a firmware update through CUE on the keyboard - worked fine.. Still can't use the CUE software for the keyboard.. And the lights still turn off as soon as Cue loads..
Toasted
If you are using CUE 2 and advanced mode, You will need to drag along the keys for the lighting to activate. Enter "Standard" mode (turn off advanced) and try a preset effect. Does it work fine? A unofficial CUE 2 manual can also available; https://docs.google.com/document/d/18q4il6BLYNWfdifiPuOn-jrCwKphpar9b0Q7fK9YgRY/edit
