Bad 512mb Value Select RAM

I have a Windows PC with 512megs of Corsair Value Select DDR RAM. When I try to play any games (or any program that uses a lot of RAM like Photoshop and Dreamweaver) after about 20 minutes the PC just shuts off and goes to the BIOS and boots back into Windows. Once I log in I get this error message:

So... I googled the error and I found this page. After looking at the page I noticed that most people said that it was bad RAM. I ran Prime95 to see if I have any bad hardware and I got a faulty harware error. And thats where I stand. Anyone have any ideas?

Ah, I forgot the specs.

AMD XP 2700+

512 MB DDR 400 (VS512MB400C3 I think, I'll check the DIMM tomorrow)

Sapphire Rapdeon 9600 Pro

Albatron nForce 2 KX18D Pro

200 gig HDD

2 40 gig HDDs

CD-RW/DVD-RW Drive

19" CRT Monitor

500 watt Rosewill PSU

I doubt if I can find a PC to put it in, I'll ask around.

With a AMD 2700+ the memory should be set to 100% or 1 to 1 with the CPU.

Can you tell me the make and model of MB you have? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?
