Can I really have 2 malfunctioning RAM sticks in one kit?(4x4GB) CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9

I have a Corsair Vengeance 4x4GB DDR3 memory kit, CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 which appears to have 2 malfunctioning RAM sticks! Computer boots fine but bluescreens happen often when running with 4 sticks.

What I have tried so far:

Testing each stick individually with memtest in DOS mode..

I identified the error causing sticks. 2 out of 4 cause errors no matter which memory slot they are installed to, no matter whetever they're alone or paired with other sticks.

I have attempted to fiddle around with settings by loosening(& tightening..) timings, bumping up the voltage and changing the memory frequency up and down but the malfunctioning sticks kept on malfunctioning with altered settings as well. Settings had no effect on quality or quantity of errors found. Appears to have single stuck bits in several memory areas.

What are my options at this point?
