Xvoltz Posted November 29, 2016 Share Posted November 29, 2016 I lost my old dongle, sent in a ticket (got it for free which I was thankful for) However once I plug the new dongle in. It doesn't power on. I have tried multiple USB ports. I have held down the little button to pair. Nothing. Anybody know why? Did they just send me a broken one or is this user error? UPDATE: Fixed. My computer did a random update and it worked. Strange because I already have all my service packs It just says "Update for windows" is what the most recent update was.. Xvoltz Posted November 29, 2016 Author Share Posted November 29, 2016 I went into bios where it was lighting up (to stop the OS from starting) and I paired it with my headset. But it still turns off when the computer comes on I guess I'll attempt a clean boot to see if it's any software conflict Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
