1 out 4 ddr4 is dead, rma help? CMK4GX4M1A2400C14R

Is there an admin or corsair member who can help me out?

 

I have 4 ddr4 but one is completly dead, swapped around to see if it can boot but its a no go with that memory, all other 3 work as they should.

 

Problem is, that i lost my receipt.. Am i lost now for RMA?

 

The memory is CMK4GX4M1A2400C14R

Contact your retailer for a copy of the invoice and create a ticket and we should be able to help.

Thanks, I will Contact them today. I did create a ticket allready, its the receipt that is missing and maybe they cant give me one.. What to do then?

What is the reason they can't give you one? We can confirm if these were purchased brand new from an authorized retailer without this. Keep communication to the ticket now and if we can help we certainly will.
