Corsair Utility Engine Problems

Hello guys,

i bought the Corsair Wireless RGB Gaming Headset. It works fine as long as i dont install the CUE Software, but i cant change any settings on the Headset without it. I have tried installing it different ways, first the CUE software and then the headset driver and the other way around, but it doesnt work. As soon as the CUE software comes in to play, there is an issue with the headset driver and it stops working. When i uninstall the CUE software, the headset is working.

Are there any system requirements for the CUE software?

my specs:

Intel Core i7 3770k

msi z77a-g43

16gb ram

gtx770

windows 7 prof. 64 bit

Ok are you installing CUE 2?

If yes good.

if not install CUE 2.6.79 (restart your computer!)

When you plug in your wireless dongle does CUE pick it up at all? (Does the device show up. It doesnt have to work does it show up.)

if yes see if you can update the firmware on your void.

if no can you install CUE 2 on another computer and test the headset there.

Oh make sure the dongle has a clear connection to the Void.

The CUE is detecting the headset and is even showing me the percent of the battery. but when the CUE software is installed, my headset is not playing sound at all. it also says that the headset has the latest firmware on it. and yes im using CUE 2.6...
