M65 not recognized in utility engine

I noticed recently that my middle mouse button no longer works (I can scroll but not middle click)

The first thing I remembered was that when I first got the mouse it had its own separate corsair software just for the mouse where I could assign buttons and such.

I looked for the software on the website and discovered that its now supposed to be covered with corsair utility engine, but in utility engine only my keyboard is listed.

I searched in windows device manager and it says my mouse is using the standard microsoft mouse software

I thought maybe I need to update the firmware or something, but have no idea how to do that without the corsair software..

How do I make this mouse appear in utility engine?

I have the same mouse and i am running into the same issues. i downloaded the legacy software it says my to plug my mouse in but it is plugged in. i tried restarting and using different ports but it doesn't have any effect.

My mouse works but just isn't recognized by the new CUE software or the legacy one.

Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you!
