Dominator Platinum SE on X99 Voltage

You are fine. The XMP voltage is 1.35v. 0.01v does not represent a real increase in temperature or risk, if it actually is 1.36v. The most likely answer is the motherboard reading is less than perfect. It is fairly common to see slight variances and even different voltage readings between your left and right AB/CD banks. You should be able to see the two bank readings in any monitoring program like AIDA or HWMonitor. You could compare this to manually setting the voltage to something like 1.30 or 1.25 (at lower a frequency) and see if the board consistently runs a tiny bit high. My X99-Pro has always run a touch high on AB and a touch low on CD. Two years on and no memory problems.
