I have the Corsair k95 rgb and mouse matt MM200 and razer naga so I thought i should get a scimitar so that all my gear are from one brand, HOWEVER as you can tell from the title the SCIMITAR lift height is bull**** ON THEIR OWN MOUSE MATT) wtf is this.... Just as i plugged it it asked for firmware update, which I did, I think my CUE is the latest version as well, please tell me there is a fix!

So i just some very accurate calculation:

Scimitar on LIFT HEIGHT "Low" and Firmware 2.04 on MM200 extended Mouse pad

the actual lift height was 4.4 mm

where as the NAGA 2014 on the MM200 extended mouse pad

the actual lift height was 2.4 mm

the Scimitar had 2 whole more mm in lift height

also i noticed that changed the setting doesn't do anything, so could this be a firmware issue?

Try forcing a update of the firmware, and are you running CUE 2?

i tried the firmware in the all in one support thread version 1.06, but it didn't work i tried it with Corsair-Utility-Engine-v1.11.86 and Corsair-Utility-Engine-v1.16.42 and CorsairUtilityEngineSetup_2.4.66_release

and tried new firmware with all three, and tried all setting for lift height and i carefully measured, it was a constant 4.4mm
