Constant Windows Device Unplug Sound

I bought the Corsair H100i GTX 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler and now I constantly get the annoying Windows sound as though a USB device is being unplugged and then plugged back in. I downloaded a tool called Plug and Play monitor and it points to the device driver for the Corsair as being the culprit. Has anyone else experienced this? It says the driver version is 3.6.0.0
