Corsair Employees Corsair Henry Posted October 19, 2016 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 19, 2016 I can't tell you why it started to work again, but as long as it works! Anyhow, if you are still under the 2 year warranty, I would advise that you replace it.
hardwire555
Well the mouse is 3-4 years old if not more, can't remember now. Feels very strange but the Windows 10 did update few days ago and suddenly mouse working again, there must be someone techy on here to figure out why mouse only start to work after changing setting like lift high and this has been well know fault, I could understand if it stooped completely then device is worn out ect. but there was nothing wrong with it once you changed settings, manufactures needs to start looking in to problems and not just suggest REPLACEMENT.
