Cursor jumps when sniper button is pressed

Hi,

Just bought a M65 RGB Pro, it seems like a nice piece of hardware. I noticed the cursor jumps when the sniper button is pressed, when the cursor is moving. For example, if I am moving the mouse to the right, and press the sniper button, the cursor will jump an inch or two across the screen to the right. Is this normal?

I am experiencing this exact issue and I just bought the M65 RGB Pro today!

I did however notice that if I close the "Corsair Utility Engine" it seems to work fine, however it reverts to the base mouse profile settings and loses my dpi config.

Please fix this software bug!

Hi,

I just bought the M65 Pro RGB and experience the same issue with up to date firmware and software.

Can confirm that the issue disappears when CUE is not running.

I have opened a ticket to report the issue. Lets hope for a software fix.

can you tell me which CUE build and which firmware version your running?

Any update on your ticket? I am experiencing the same issue.

Also, is anyone experiencing this also running a ASUS Maximus Hero VIII? Just checking.

Hello, bought the M65 couple of weeks ago.

I have the same "issue" I guess. This seems to be a firmware Problem obviously.

I dont want to cycle back on the firmware though. Anyone got a clue on how to reach Corsair so they'll fix this in CUE?
