I created RMA a ticket for a rm750 PSU but then closed the ticket after 2 minutes (i figured i could just return it to the original merchant). 1 week later i get a package with a rm850 from corsair without ever sending the faulty 750 back. I logged into my corsair support account and saw that after the status of the ticket was already "closed" it got changed to "approved". Is that it? Am i just getting a free 850w PSU without sending the old one back?
