I suspect it's a faulty sensor. How long have you had the H80i and when did you first notice this?

Does my SIV utility also report such a high H80i temperature?

BTW I suspect your PC specs need updating.

Thanks for your reply ... i just noticed it yesterday as the Balanced profile start to spin fast and quiet and so on!

the NCT6792D looks way to high and this software read my core as 1.9v and is set 1.25v!! ... but everything feels cool in the touch and normal! what you mean by update?

Your PC Specs say Motherboard M2N-E, etc.. which I assume is your old system, so you should update them.

The 126°C should not be displayed at all. I will fix this for 5.13 Beta-12.

SIV reported 94.6°C for the H80i which confirms this is a hardware issue. What happens if you shutdown the system and unplug it for 2 minutes? What temperature range is reported for the H80i on the [status] panel?

The CPU VCC of 1.90 volts is the CPU supply voltage not the core voltage. This is the same voltage as CL4 incorrectly reports as 0.95 volts. See

All four cores are reported as 1.25 volts.

The H80i temperature range of 39.1°C to 94.8°C is far too much. I suspect that there is a issue with the H80i temperature sensor.

Please do Menu->File->Download->SIV Beta and using the beta generate new screen shots ideally once SIV has been running for >= 10 minutes so I can check the changes I made worked.

Dont even appears on it !

Is there anything in the application event log about SIV failing to start?

Open a command window, CD to the folder that contains SIV64X.exe then issue the command SIV64X -DBGINI. This will create a file called SIV_DBGOUT.log that traces the SIV start-up. Post this file.

Thank you. SIV looks to be getting stuck, but I don't know why. Please redo the test using SIV64X -DBGINI -DBGMCH -DBGSMB. If you look with Task Manager is SIV64X.exe active? If so generate a dump file, zip it and e-mail it to siv@rh-software.com.

SIV was running OK, what has changed? If you reboot the system does that get SIV running?

Thank you for the new log, but it does not really help.

Post a Task Manager screen shot showing what state SIV64X.exe is in.

Again if you reboot the system does that get SIV running?

This should be impossible and I am starting to wonder if there is a hardware issue with the H80i. What firmware version does it have?

I am also wondering if this could be the issue with SIV failing to start. Delete SIV_DBGOUT.log, do SIV64X -DBGAIO and attach the new SIV_DBGOUT.log to the post.

See http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=853900 for how to attach files.
