760T Radiation.

My previous light hearted comment was removed by an overzealous admin for a guess unless you yourself complained about it?

If a CPU needed shielding it would be on the box warning you about it, fact remains should you hit the frequency to generate microwave or any other harmful radiation it wouldn't get far enough to cause a problem and even then the amount is insignificant to fry your swimmers, doubtful it would make it more than a couple of mm before it hits the cpu heatspreader then again the heatsink, on the other side is the metal case. so no it doesn't need shielding over the plastic window.

Apparently, the amount of microwave radiation generated by a cpu is less than 1/14 th the amount of leakage from a microwave oven, which in itself is negligible. You are more likely to toast your testes by using a laptop on your lap, or so it says on a couple of web pages.
