750D airflow scrathed panel/warranty query.

Sorry, if this isn't the right section, but I have a case warranty query.

 

I recently bought a 750D airflow and built it yesterday. After putting the system together and taking off the protective plastic from the front, I noticed there is scratch on the lower vented panel (a small scratch, but enough that it shines silver and is noticeable) and one of the 5.25" blanking plates is scuffed. Neither were noticible with the protective plastic on.

 

So I'm just wondering if I contact support with pics, can I get replacement panels under warranty? I ask as the faq says within 30 days, go to retailer, but other than those two issues, the case is flawless, so I'd rather not dismantle my system.
