RMA #6808288 still processing

I haven't gotten an update since I believe last Thursday about my keyboard which apparently form what I can see, has been received by you guys. I added a comment, and i got no response from anyone. It just says its processing, but I saw many places that the processing is supposed to only take a couple days.


Here is my tracking info that shows it was delivered.






(It was a prepaid label form you guys by the way)


I'd just like to kindly ask for someone to get back with me and tell me when im going to get a replacement, thank you very much.
