Vengeance M95 RMA

On 2nd August 2016, I filed an RMA Request using the Ticket Function due to my Vengeance M95 not working at all. The ticket was approved on 4th August 2016, with the M95 being sent off via Royal Mail 'First Class' on the same day (Thursday 4th August) and was to be signed for.


Upon checking with Royal Mail's 'Track & Trace' system, the mouse arrived on Monday 8th August at 9:36am with a signature. However, I have received no E-Mail confirmation or confirmation through Corsair's ticket system about its arrival and I was just wondering what was the current state of the RMA.

Any enlightenment on the current RMA would be highly appreciated!:biggrin:
