RMA - 19 days no response

RMA#: 6794326

 

After having my RMA request for a failed H60 pump approved, I dispatched my faulty product to the RMA centre in Bolton as per instructions and received my proof of delivery which I attached to the ticket for further assistance. However it has been 19 days since the product was delivered and signed for by the Bolton centre and the ticket has still yet to be changed from "Approved" to even "Arrived" status.

 

Whats going on Corsair?

Got the same problem myself. Delivery accepted at Bolton on 18th July and no response whatsoever.

Edit: online chat advisor has said my rma will be shipped out early this week.
