PapaHomey Posted July 31, 2016 Share Posted July 31, 2016 A short while ago the firmware on my mouse updated after a power cycle and now the light for the DPI switches no longer lights. Furthermore the option in CUE no longer exists to set lighting for the different DPIs. The mouse works great otherwise. I was going to open a ticket, but the tech support button on the main page of the Corsair site keeps taking me to a page that wants me to change my password instead of taking me to tech support. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using version 1.16.42 of CUE, version 2.04 of the mouse firmware, and Windows 10. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
