How do I get positive pressure?

I have a corsair 750D tower and I seem to be taking in a lot of dust. I have the 2 stock fans in the front and the 1 stock fan for exhaust in the back. The psu is pushing air out the back. I have a hyper 212 evo cpu cooler pushing air through the back fan.

Micro-managing your "pressure levels" is not necessarily the most effective solution. All you need to do is run your intake fans faster than your exhaust fans. Your environmental factors have a much larger effect on the internal accumulation. Get the case of the floor if you can. Even a board on some textbooks is better. Just get it away from the floor. If you go long periods with it off and you know you have a difficult environment (desert, pets, roommates...), then a cover might help some. Absent that, you aren't sucking in handfuls of dust out of nowhere through the rear vents. If you are not using fans in the top, that might be a source of incoming dust as well as the obvious front intake spot.
