Startup & Shutting down lights

Hi all,

I have a Corsair K70 RGB keyboard which I bought quite recently.

I want to know if there is a way to turn off the default red and white lights which turn on when I start up my laptop, as well as when I shut down my laptop.

The lights I have on my keyboard profile is just a rainbow wave, the lights are different when I shut down/start up laptop.

Is there a way to change it so that those default lights don't turn on at all?

Thanks

The red and white arrows keys are default profiles. The rainbow profile you have set will activate once CUE loads, that is why in between start and shut down you see those colors.

Is ther eno way to turn off default profiles?

Just save a different static lighting profile on the onboard memory. You can either save a different color, or you can save a profile with no lighting so the keyboard won't light up at all unless CUE starts running.

Where is this onboard memory profile?

In this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/bydrdk

I only have 1 profile, but that only connects to my CUE when it starts running.

I'm new to this, so I'm not sure where to set the on board memory profile

The "hamburger" button on the right of the profiles dropdown. The option to save a profile on the device memory is there. I have CUE2 beta installed right now so I can't give you the exact text/position it has in CUE1.
