strafe rgb Is the a tutorial guide for action button lighting?

Can someone point me in the direction of a guide or tutorial (youtube or guided) on how to assign flashing light buttons to individual keystroke macros.

 

My macro is setup on the keypad I would like the button to flash when I press the button and 1 second after i release it.

 

I am new the forums and my new RGB STRAFE so I appreciate the help and apologies for what some find is an unnecessary post (we were all newbs once, wwanw)
