Every now and again when the PC boots up the keyboard isn't detected followed by a usb device not recognised message and device manager reporting back " unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)". Tried : Both cables in usb 3, both cables in usb 2, one cable in usb 3 with one in usb 2, one cable in usb 2, one cable in usb 3 etc etc, basically every combination you can think of. Also enabled ERP in bios but it's made 0 difference, unfortunately its just over 30 days old (despite being used for only a day). Anything I can do ?
