Computer constantly running way too hot

My PC just recently has started running way too hot to keep stable. I bought an H80i water cooler for it about a year ago, but I have an AMD Phenom II X4 965 that is idling at 82° C. I have cleared all the dust out of the machine and reapplied thermal past but I'm still sitting in the 80s at idle speed. Is there something I could possibly be missing? I'd like to avoid taking it into a shop if possible, but can as a last ditch effort.

I put the PC specs in my profile

I don't think you did as I can't see them.

How many fans are connected to the H80i?

The H80i coolant being 78.2°C is way too hot and the pump speed of 2628 RPM is higher than the 2250 RPM I would expect.

I suspect you must have some sort of blockage or pump failure. Request an RMA via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and see what they say. Remember to upload the original invoice. You may wish to ask for an Express RMA so you get the replacement cooler and then return the old one.
