No RMA response - 4 days

Hi all

 

I submitted an RMA ticket for a faulty power supply at the weekend (17th July) and as of yet haven't had a response. Wonder if someone could please chase this up for me?

 

The ticket number is 6799627

Hi Henry - thanks for your message. My ticket was updated and I returned the parcel, it is showing as being signed for two days ago - yet the ticket hasn't yet been updated to an "Arrived" state

 

Do you know how long this normally takes? I'm starting to regret not doing the express replacement now :-)
