When I try to recover a password I get "We can’t find a username that matches what you entered. Verify that your username is an email address (for example, username@company.com).


Except when I try to create a new account using that same e-mail address I get "A user with this email address already exists. Please click the link next to the submit button below to reset your password."


of course, there is no link.
