Rossage Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 So I know the title doesn't suggest much, so let me explain. I've had the headset almost a week now, but lately in the last few days it's been doing something odd. The infomic will flash both the green LED in the front and the red LED to the back alternately and rapidly for a period of time. Eventually the headset turns off. Is there any indication as to what is happening/ causing this to happen? Have I missed a step in setup? FYI I have updated the firmware twice now. And it's not the same flashing as pairing mode, it's no where near as rapid. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Toasted Posted July 21, 2016 Share Posted July 21, 2016 This does sound like auto shutoff. Which VOID headset are you using? What firmware is it on? What version of CUE are you using?
