Question Regarding RMi Fan Speed Setting in CL

Hello everyone. I have an RM1000i and I live in arguably the hottest country on earth. Just this week temps here started to exceed 50 degrees Celsius! I am not comfortable with the zero RPM mode on my PSU and I fear it will shorten the its lifespan considerably. I would like to know if I set the PSU fan in Corsair link to a fixed RPM will it stay operating at this speed no matter what or will it go faster if it needs be (e.g. when the load and/or temps go high and the PSU needs to dissipate more heat)?

Yes, if you set "Fixed RPM" the fan could run at that speed (no change if the system needs to dissipate more heat).

Probably you want a custom curve and set the fan RPM to temperature changes.

Problem is: Corsair Link does not support custom curves, at least on the RMi series.
