TwinX1024-3200LLPT need help

Hi Im having some problem with one of the memory. I'm always having a blue screen on windows. I already tried to test both pairs of memory and run memtest. When I put it in single channel I always get some error on test #5 and I tried to test one of each memory and the other one did get an error on test #5. My current memory settings is 2-3-2-5 cas 2 and I tried 2-3-2-6 cas 2 settings too. I tried to add some more voltage to the memory but It didn't help at all.

 

My CPU Spec.

 

MB - Gigabyte 8KNXP Revision 2 Bios FJ

CPU - Intel P4 3.4ghz Northwood 800mhz FSB

Mem - CMX512-3200LLPT XMS3205v1.2

VC - ATI All In Wonder 9800 Pro

Please follow the directions under "I think I have a bad module" under this forum or if you have trouble, Please send us a email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Rma@corsairmemory.com.

If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to warranty@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
