H100i GTX High Temps

Hi, just wanted a quick sanity check on a problem I'm having.

My H100i GTX has been installed for about 7 months and I've had sudden extreme rise in CPU temps.

What I think the issue is, either an air lock, blockage or maybe fluid evaporation (not very likely).

Corsair Link shows that the pump is running fine (set to performance @ 3k RPM)

The H100s temp rises from 30c to over 50c under any kind of load.

The outlet tubing from the block/pump is very hot at the block/pump end while the radiator end and entire radiator is cold.

Moving the tubing/radiator around reduces temps greatly but only for a few minutes.

Any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this or should I just RMA the unit?

Thanks

This makes me suspect the fluid is not circulating. I feel you should request an RMA via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and see what they say. Remember to upload the original invoice.

You may wish to ask for an express RMA so you get the new cooler and then return the old one.
