Reformatted Windows (K70 RGB profiles/media keys wont work)

Recommended Posts

So in the process of giving my computer a fresh start my Corsair Gaming K70 RGB stopped doing the cool light shows and I cannot control volume with it, so the problems keep adding up. The "Profiles" in the software is greyed out and I've had this happen before usually unplugging or flipping the switch on the back of the kb gets it working but not anymore.. idk what to do. My motherboard is an ASUS M4N82 Deluxe, and I'm running Win 7 64-bit.

No clue on CUE 2 release. Check for graphics driver updates, bios, and chipset updates.

When I reformat my BIOS updates all stay the same, a BIOS setting may have changed when I let my cousin do the reformatting for me but Ive been going through every setting trying to single out the problem but to no avail. My USB 2.0 controller is set to high speed 480 Mb/s and everything, I turned on ACPI, turned off fast boot. If anyone needs screenshots to find out how to troubleshoot this just ask. I know I need a new computer since my motherboard is so old it supports IDE and DDR2 but I did have this keyboard fully working just prior to reformatting (main reason was my pc was loading slow set to IDE and not AHCI).

Here's my log from CUE. Also I have no idea what firmware Im running if its accessible via the device tab I cannot get to it.
