Numpad not working

I just received my new keyboard today. Used it for about 4 hours. After that I accidentally spilled a bit of Ayran on it :( (near the 0 key)

 

At first my keyboard spammed something like "468468468", but then it stopped. Now are the 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0 and the , (del) keys not working, but the illumination on them is working fine. If I press the affected keys just nothing happens.

 

The other buttons on the Numpad are not affected at all.

 

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Disconnect it right away and leave it in a warm place where it can dry up. Then try to use it again in 1-2 days. If that doesn't work you'll have to open it up to try and clean it, the warranty doesn't cover liquids so opening it up won't be an issue. There are quite a few guides around that list the steps needed to clean keyboards.
