compgame3k Posted January 1, 2005 Share Posted January 1, 2005 i recently installed Corsair CMX512-3200 on a PT880 Neo-FSR motherboard and my system either reboots, certain programs crash, or blue screens.... when this happens i always get memory errors i also ran memtest and windows memory diagnostic and it found a bunch of errors (memtest errors: test 7; windows mem errors: Erand)... I need your help Ram Guy! CMX512-3200C2 CMX512-3200C2PT CMX512-3200C2PRO CMX512-3200LL CMX512-3200LLPT CMX512-3200LLPRO CMX512-3200XL Is it part of a TWINX pack? Please post the information on the stickers on the memory. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 4, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 4, 2005 I would suggest testing the modules one at a time on another MB if you can. but getting errors with both modules would suggest some other issue. Best we can offer would be to replace your modules, but based on what you have posted I would suspect some other problem. You might contact the MB maker and see what they have too say. Please follow the directions under "I think I have a bad module" under this forum or if you have trouble, Please send us a email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Rma@corsairmemory.com. If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to warranty@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
