What is the exact model of memory you have?

Is it part of a TWINX pack?

Please post the information on the stickers on the memory. Is it only one memory module?

How are you setting the memory timings?

I would suggest testing the modules one at a time on another MB if you can. but getting errors with both modules would suggest some other issue.

Best we can offer would be to replace your modules, but based on what you have posted I would suspect some other problem. You might contact the MB maker and see what they have too say.

Please follow the directions under "I think I have a bad module" under this forum or if you have trouble, Please send us a email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Rma@corsairmemory.com.

If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to warranty@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.
