Thanks for the yes but just to double check, my question concerns the CAS Latency: 3-3-3-8 of the module. I was under the impression that 2.5-3-3-6 is proper for the board. But if the XMS 3200 will work I'm Stylin'

As already alluded to, it is dependent on the memory you are using. The motherboard may be able to function with 2.5-3-3-6 but the memory was tested to run at 3-3-3-8 in dual channel. You can try tightening the timings, as well as upping the voltage and remember do not go over 2.9V or that will void your warranty.
