I built a computer recently using the 450d. I used the H100i v2 which is a 240mm radiator not the 280mm you mentioned. it houses an Asus maximus hero VIII mobo. and platinum dominator DDR4. The radiator is top mounted in a pull configuration for the fans (I replaced the stock fans with Noctua static pressure fans). there potentially could be a clearance issue with a top mounted 280mm radiator as the fans or radiator (depending on whether they are mounted push or pull) may have a clearance issue with either the top of your mother board and possibly the DDR4 modules. you can I believe mount the radiator in the front of the case but you would need to remove the hard drive cages. my video card is a GTX 980. The system runs quiet and cool even with max gaming. I think you could easily use a single fan radiator for the CPU cooling and still be fine. The case has excellent airflow and cable management was quite easy. hope this helps
