I have an asus p4p800se with 4 256 meg sticks of twin-x (corsair ram). They are all supposed to be the same according to the numbers on the spreaders and the package it came in but when I ran aida it says 2 of them are PC3200 and two are pc3200c2. I have the 3200's in one channel and the 3200c2 in the other (4 slots). Question is this: Since I am using spd it seems that the two different timings would conflict so I think I should run manual instead of spd. the 3200 is rated 3 3 3 8 and the 3200c2 is rated 2.5 3 3 8 I believe so

What settings should I try for, and please don't just say 3338 or something like that. I need the specific settings for the bios below. Thanks in advance. This is my first post to this forum so please no flaming.

CAS

RAS

Ras/CAS Precharge delay

Burst length

Dram idle timer

dram refresh mode

I have tried all the forums except this one and you get 100 different answers. Please somebody help me unload my brain!!!!!! It's burningggggggg.....

Welcome to the forums, rick7653!

How about... 3338? *cough* Just kidding.

Please list the full model names of your memory, including revision numbers.

On your modules themselves, on the little sticker, it will say something like:

TwinX1024-3200C2 XMS3202v2.1

125151B

Or something like it, please list that for both TwinX sets (each pair will say the same thing on both modules).

However, you could try:

CAS: 2.5T

RAS to CAS Delay: 3

Row Precharge (tRP): 3

Cycle Time (tRAS): 7

DDR Voltage: 2.8v

Command Rate: 1T

Burst Length: Auto is fine.

Refresh: AUTO

Idle: AUTO

Seem stable so far. Thanks for the numbers.
